Shaping the next phase of AI-driven CX
The investment is designed to shape the next phase of AI-driven customer experience, focused on outcomes and business accountability rather than technology deployment alone. It marks RADIANT’s shift from implementation-led delivery to a consultative, product-led CX advisory model.
What happens next
- KeyAI in Japan. RADIANT’s agentic AI platform, keyAI, will be introduced and sold in Japan through BEWITH’s enterprise network.
- BPO in Malaysia. BEWITH will expand in Malaysia for BPO-led use cases.
- A gateway to ASEAN. Malaysia becomes the first market in BEWITH’s broader ASEAN growth strategy.
- Clear platform roles. Genesys remains the enterprise-grade cloud platform, and Omnia LINK serves high-volume BPO environments. The two stay distinct.
